Scale AI needed to quickly evaluate a high volume of senior software engineers for a specialized task: training AI models to understand and write code. Traditional manual screening methods were too slow and inconsistent to keep up with demand. Here's how we helped them move fast without compromising quality.

The Approach

Scale partnered with us to run Al-led interviews at scale. Out of 713 total applicants, the top 322 progressed to an interview phase powered by Talently's Al and the best forwarded to Scale ai. All of this was completed across three phases in under a month.

Talently's Al interviewer evaluated each candidate on:
